THE TROOP WILL NOT BE MEETING AT THE CHURCH SATURDAY OR RETURNING TO THE CHURCH SUNDAY

Please eat breakfast prior to arrival and bring your own sack lunch. Dinner will be provided and prepared by the adult patrol however the exact menu has not been determined yet. It will most likely be some combination of hot dogs or hamburgers or chili or chicken noodle soup

In order for each of the patrols to participate in the leader prepared supper, we ask that each Patrol prepare a camp style dessert (dump cake, banana boats, etc.) Large enough for their patrol plus 3-4 adults to be entered into the camp dessert competition. You will be able to use any of the normal campout style methods of cooking and preparation for your dessert. I.e. camp stoves, dutch ovens, grills, pie irons or anything else that you decide to bring on your own. No pre-prepared foods or desserts will be permitted.

Please visit the Marmon Valley Farms website for any and all details about horseback riding and the team building challenge course. Horseback riding waivers are under the forms section on the website and are required by all outing participants. The rock wall is an additional charge and does require an additional waiver form but will be OFF LIMITS for this outing.
